Can we approve a sample before the main order?Design & samples
Sampling and approval should be discussed as part of the project plan. The exact approach depends on the garment, quantity, customisation and timing.
Which fabrics are available?Fabric & care
Options vary by garment and intended use. Fabric should be selected around feel, movement, durability, care, working conditions and any documented performance requirement.
How should uniforms be washed?Fabric & care
Follow the care label supplied with the specific product. Avoid assuming one care method applies across every fabric, print and garment construction.
What branding methods are available?Branding
Typical options include embroidery, screen printing, emblems, badges and personalised tags. Suitability depends on the garment, artwork, detail, quantity and care needs.
What logo file should we provide?Branding
A vector file such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF is preferred. A high-resolution PNG may help for reference. Final placement, size and achievable colours should be approved.
Can you support team measurements?Sizing
Size charts, sample sizing and on-site or team measurement support can be discussed according to the organisation, location and order size.

How long does an order take?Timing & delivery
Lead time depends on quantity, product, material availability, branding, sampling, approval and delivery requirements. Share a target date so feasibility can be assessed before a commitment is made.

UNIFEX is based in Kerala. Delivery coverage, locations, charges and timing are confirmed for each order.
Is all industrial workwear certified PPE?Industrial workwear
No. General workwear and certified protective clothing are different. If a named standard is required, include it in the enquiry and request the supporting product documentation.
Can we reorder the same uniforms later?After-sales
Order records can support repeat requirements, but continued fabric, trim and colour availability should be confirmed at the time of reorder.
Are alterations or repairs available?After-sales
Ask about the scope, timing and terms for the specific order. After-sales services can vary by garment and location.
